We want you (and your animal) to love your order! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact us via our contact form or email us by replying to your order confirmation.
  2. We’ll confirm your exchange and provide the warehouse return address.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send out your replacement item or issue a store credit so you can reorder.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your replacement item has a different price, we’ll adjust the credit or charge as needed.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 7 days of receiving it for store credit.
To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging

  • Be in the same condition you received it

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.

Please note: Sale items are final and can’t be returned or exchanged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund where a replacement isn’t possible.

We may ask for a brief description or photo evidence of the fault so we can pass it on to our production team for quality control.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, get in touch via our contact form or email us by replying to your order confirmation email.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the warehouse return address and instructions.

Returns sent without approval can’t be accepted, so please contact us first.

Refund & Store Credit Timeframes

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
You’ll receive an email confirming your refund or store credit as soon as it’s completed.

International Orders

We currently do not accept returns for orders shipped outside Australia.
